Dispatch of Orders

  • Orders are normally dispatched within 3 business days of receiving payment and order confirmation, provided items are in stock. Orders will not be dispatched on weekends or Queensland public holidays.
  • If any items in your order cannot be fulfilled we will contact you via email and offer an alternative solution or a refund.
  • Orders placed during sales events are subject to extended dispatch time of an additional 5 business days.
  • If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, you will be contacted via email.
  • If you require your order delivered before a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.

Acceptance of Goods

  • On receiving an order the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage.
  • Should the items ordered not be of acceptable quality, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify Pink Flame Creations as soon as possible.
  • Pink Flame Creations is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Please see our returns policy for more information.
